at the beginnings
During summer 1992 in Austria (upper Austria, district Ried - see map) the form up of The BADROCK BLUES BAND took place with Gerald Schuldenzucker, Siegfried Horvath, Franz Kollmann and Berndt Steiner.
Only four at the beginning in the classic band line-up with two guitars, base and drums, formerly blues- and rock songs were played. The first live appearance was in April 1993 at the "Rock Shock Let".

This line-up ever since is almost the original.
However in 1998 our harp player Hans Siegetsleitner joined the band. He especially is responsible for the right blues feeling. Some real blues classics of our program like Roadhouse Blues, Whammer Jammer and Hoochie Coochie Man are ascribed to him.

Since 1998 our sound engineer Johannes Seidl takes care for the perfect sound, and also for the management. We were playing numerous shows with this line-up lasting for several years.

In the middle of 2001 the line-up was extended once more. Our singer Kathi Wagner with her powerful voice sees to it that our program is more eventful, and will give you the creeps. Songs like Bring Me Some Water and Piece Of My Heart got possible with her.
At the beginning of 2001 our previous drummer Berndt Steiner told us he wants to leave the band. The reason was his job. But there was no time for a break or so, because we had to play a few gigs. So Thomas Krkosch, a very good drummer from a local band, supported us for almost a year.
With the year 2002 our long-term friend Manfred Allinger took his place for the next years.

With 2006 we changed our line-up once again. With our new experienced drummer Harald Perzl we can present another ambitious musician in our band.
